CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Should you be obliged to cancel your reservation, The Hollies will apply the following cancellation charges:
• If cancelled up to 48 hours before 4.00pm on Date of Arrival, no fee will be charged. .
• If cancelled on day of arrival or less than 48 hours before 4.00 pm on Date of Arrival, the first night will be charged.
• In event of No-Show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
This charge will be made against the card details provided with the booking. A receipt will only be issued if requested.

Please be aware that your booking with The Hollies is not dependent on your mode of transportation to our establishment. Delays or any cancellation in your transportation system has no bearing on your booking with The Hollies.

We, therefore, strongly recommend our guests take out travel insurance against any unforeseen circumstances that could result in a late cancellation.

At The Hollies, we take our responsibility regarding your privacy very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation is required in order to offer you a professional service.

Any information you provide us with will only be used for the purpose for which it was submitted. We collect your information primarily for contact and billing purposes. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with, or sold to, or disclosed to any third party, except where required by law.

We would again like to stress that, in accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at The Hollies to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access.
